Solang SkyUltra | 3rd-4th Oct, 2026.

There are races you run for the finish line. And then there are races where the journey is the reward.

The Solang SkyUltra, in its 11th edition, takes you deep into the mountains where you wouldn't go otherwise - through alpine meadows, steep mountain trails, loose scree, rushing streams and ridgelines with the Himalayas unfolding around you.

One moment you’re grinding your way up a steep climb, the next you’re crossing a mountain stream or running through a meadow with nothing but peaks, sky and silence around you, sometimes sheep. This is Solang valley at its wildest and most beautiful time of the year - raw, dramatic and impossibly scenic.

Come run where the mountains get bigger, the trails get wilder and every turn gives you another reason to stop and look around.

Also known as the DNF race due to a high number of dropouts, Solang SkyUltra 2026 is on 3rd–4th of October.

Whether you are in it for the scenic beauty or to test yourself against these trails, there is a reason for you to come.

Choose from the 4 categories: 14km (Mt. Patalsu Challenge), 30km, 60km and 100km.

233 runners stood on the start line. 212 made it to the finish.

The 30k took a different route from the 60k and 120k, but it brought its own share of beautiful scenery and a solid 380m of elevation gain. Thirty kilometres may be the shortest distance of the Goa Ultra, but there was plenty of racing packed into it.

The women's field put together some seriously applaudable performances, with Sahana Vishwanath leading the way and finishing in 3:10:20. Aditi Pai followed just over nine minutes later, while Maya Pandey rounded out the podium with a strong finish.

🏆 WOMEN'S 30K PODIUM

🥇 Sahana Vishwanath: 3:10:20
🥈 Aditi Pai: 3:19:21
🥉 Maya Pandey: 3:20:26

Then there was Jinesh Pillai in the male category.

Having won the 60K the day before in 5:44:15, Jinesh was back on the start line the very next day -- this time for the 30K. And he wasn't there for a victory lap. He put together another blistering performance to finish 2nd in 2:31:13. Two races, two days, two podiums.

Zuber Khan took the men's 30K win in an impressive 2:30:30, just 43 seconds ahead of Jinesh, while Saarth Sable secured the third position.

🏆 MEN'S 30K PODIUM

🥇 Zuber Khan: 2:30:30
🥈 Jinesh Pillai: 2:31:13
🥉 Saarth Sable: 2:40:19

From 233 starters to 212 finishers, every runner had their own race to run. And across a route that offered a different perspective of Goa, these six put together performances worth celebrating.

Congratulations to our 30k podium finishers and to all 212 runners who made it to the finish on a sunny humid start of the day.

In the 62k category of Goa Ultra, 205 runners lined up at the start. 181 made it to the finish.

The race had a little bit of everything Goa could throw at the runners - rain-soaked roads, lush green forests, rolling climbs and wet conditions that kept things interesting from start to finish. But while the weather took its time, some runners certainly didn't.

At the front of the women's field, Yogita Prashant Patil put together a strong run to take the top spot in 7:40:44.

🏆 WOMEN'S 62K PODIUM

🥇 Yogita Prashant Patil: 7:40:44
🥈 Diksha: 7:54:37
🥉 Bhawana Datta: 8:02:14

In the men's race, Jinesh Pillai was in a hurry. Finishing in an impressive 5:44:15, he claimed the men's 62k title and put some serious distance between himself and the rest of the podium.
Chandan and Ronak Bagaria couldn't be separated on the clock, both finishing together.

🏆 MEN'S 62K PODIUM

🥇 Jinesh Pillai: 5:44:15
🥈 Chandan: 6:22:20
🥉 Ronak Bagaria: 6:22:20

Congratulations to our 62k podium finishers, and to all runners who made it to the finish.

120k category race result: 120 runners lined up. 88 made it to the finish.

The 120k was every bit the challenge it promised to be, with around 1,800m of elevation gain, rain arriving whenever it pleased, wet road conditions, and long stretches through dense forest.

For 88 runners, the road eventually led to the finish line. And at the sharp end of the field, some exceptional performances stood out.

🏆 WOMEN'S 120K PODIUM

🥇 Aparna Choudhary: 14:43:34
🥈 Urmila Krishna Bane: 15:29:37
🥉 Priyanka Bhatt: 16:54:33

A special mention to Aparna, who returned to the 120k after taking on the distance in 2025. On a more difficult course this year, she bettered her previous time by 9 minutes.

And there's more: Aparna finished 4th overall, against the entire field of 120k runners. That's one hell of a performance.

🏆 MEN'S 120K PODIUM

🥇 Sugourav Goswami: 11:32:15
🥈 Manish Yadav: 13:28:05
🥉 Rakov Kirpal: 14:30:00

Sugourav came back to Goa this year for the 120k after winning the 60k last year, winning the men's title in 11:32:15.

Both our winners showed exactly what the 120k demands: grit and patience (while Sugourav seemed in a hurry to reach the finish line and kept our volunteers on their toes).

120 runners at the start line chose a long, scenic way through Goa. Congratulations to our podium finishers, and respect to every single 120k finisher.

31 days. 299 runners. One unforgettable July.
The Hell 480 Challenge 2026 has officially come to an end.
What began as a simple promise to yourself turned into early morning alarms, late evening runs, aching legs, missed excuses, and countless kilometres.
Some crossed the finish line. Some came incredibly close. Some fell short.

But every single runner who showed up, laced up, and kept moving became a part of this journey.
The Hell 480 Challenge has never been about beating someone else.

It has always been about becoming someone stronger than the person who started on Day 1.

To every finisher—congratulations.

To every runner who didn't finish—don't let one July define you. The mountains will still be there. So will we.
Thank you for making the 7th edition of the Hell 480 Challenge another unforgettable chapter.

We'll see you again next July.

23 days are behind us. Just 8 remain.

The first three weeks have tested every runner in a different way.
Some found their rhythm from Day 1. Some fought through injuries, busy schedules and bad weather. Some are already celebrating a finish. And many are still chasing theirs.

Today, we're sharing the latest Hell 480 Challenge Progress Report along with the official T-shirt.

When this challenge began, the finish line felt far away.
Now, it's close enough to see.
If you're ahead, keep your foot on the pedal.
If you've fallen behind, remember that one good week can change the entire story.
This challenge has never been about beating someone else.
It's about proving to yourself that you can keep showing up, even when it gets hard.
The final week starts now.
We'll see you at the finish line.
