Bura na maano Holi hai, is the saying which you have used while picking that one more ghujiya. And that can lead to:-

**LOW HYDRATION LEVEL

**INTESTINAL INFECTION

So it is very very important to take care of your health amidst celebrating the festival.
Here are my simplest tips for you, that you can follow while being at home-

1. Keep on Hydrating your body- Drink natural drinks like juices, water, coconut water, lemonade to balance the body electrolyte which help you get out of lethargyness .

It will help you not being lethargic and balance electrolytes.

2. Feed the Gut- Many a times, bloating can lead to indigestion, so it's good to eat items like yogurt, curd, carrot kaanji, etc.

3. Workout- I agree doing pushups may not feasible, but what about a 20 minute walk? Or using stairs a little more?

This is one of the Frequently Asked Questions I get. 93% people voted YES in the polls, wherein I asked if they believe stop going to gym leads to Weight gain or not. It's completely false, That's why I wanted to bust the myth through this video.

It's not about going to gym or not, it's about SELF DISCIPLINE. You have to control your taste buds, you have to move your body to get in a body in which you feel comfortable.
