Your job demands a lot of walking and standing?
That doesn't mean you can skip the gym.
Walking 10,000 steps at work might burn calories, but it doesn't provide the same stimulus as progressive strength training.
Standing all day doesn't build significant muscle.
Walking around at work doesn't improve your strength like resistance training does.
Your work activity and your workout serve different purposes.
Being physically active ≠training.
If your goal is to build muscle, get stronger, improve your physique, or maintain long-term physical function, you still need structured exercise.
Don't confuse being tired from work with being physically trained.
