Perfect Sunday :)

Haven’t had a Sunday like this in forever.

A slow day with nowhere to be and nothing that needs to get done.

Just taking it all in and relishing the little moments.

I’m learning that a full life needs an empty day.

Today feels like exactly that.

Spent the last few days discovering the beauty, magic and refreshingly different way of life at Auroville with my favourite person.

There’s something about this place - the stillness, the presence, the banyan trees and quaint little cafes that serve you the freshest food.

There’s something about the people here - they seem happier, kinder, fuller than most people I have met.

Had heard so much about it from Seerat over the past year but finally got to experience the soul and energy of the spaces here. And it didn’t disappoint me one bit.

Cannot wait to be back again soon!

Started this year desert camping under the night skies with the best people!

This is something had been raving about for such a long time. And now I finally know why!

The sunsets here make you stop and stare. The infinite sand and space around you ground you in ways that I cannot explain. The stars above you make you pause and wonder. And finally when the moon lights up the night sky, you immediately get transported into a world that feels so surreal, it is incredible. It literally felt like stepping on Mars!

Despite staying up all night, this is the most refreshed I remember myself feeling this year.

A big shoutout to Farheen and Shivy for being the warmest hosts with the biggest hearts and making our first experience here truly memorable.

Even though this was my first time, it definitely won't be my last!

And moments like these remind me just how much I love Dubai. Beneath everything happening around it right now, this city still knows how to make you feel wonder, warmth, and magic.

A lot of founder stress comes from carrying things that were never theirs to control.
The headlines.
The market.
Other people’s beliefs.
Other people’s choices.
War.
Volatility.
Timing.

When everything outside feels unstable, it becomes even more important to come back to what is still yours to lead.
Your response.
Your energy.
Your communication.
Your priorities.
Your pace.
Your leadership.
That shift changes everything.

Because in uncertain times, the founder’s job is not to control the storm.
It is to lead through it well.

I created a free playbook for founders called Leading Through Uncertainty.

Comment PLAYBOOK and I’ll send it to you, or get it from the link in bio.

In hard seasons, the founders who lead well are rarely the loudest.

They are the ones who can steady themselves, steady the team, reduce fragility, and stay close to what customers need now.

I put these ideas into a free playbook because too many founders are consuming content right now, but not getting a real orientation.

If that is you, comment PLAYBOOK and I’ll send the link, and it's absolutely FREE.

Ever notice what happens when a conversation gets quiet for a second?

Someone finishes a sentence… and before the feeling can land, we rush in.
A joke. A solution. A new topic. Anything to fill the gap.

Most people don’t interrupt others.
They interrupt the pause.

Next time you feel that urge, try just one thing:
let the silence stay for one breath.
That’s it.

You’ll be surprised how often the real truth shows up right after.

You wake up, show up, perform… and a quiet part of you whispers,
“I think I’m done with this version of me.”

If you’re in that foggy in-between, read the carousel. It’s a simple guide to navigate it without burning everything down.

During uncertain times like this, when it feels like the whole world is holding its breath, when large parts of the world are bleeding, and the energy of the planet feels in flux, I keep finding myself asking the same questions.

What can I do to help?
What can I do to feel less helpless?
What can I do to reduce suffering?
What can I do to spread more compassion and love?
What can I do so I don’t add to the noise?

And I know this is a privileged place to be asking these questions from. To be sitting in safety and comfort, with the space to reflect, while others are living inside the reality of fear and loss. I acknowledge that. I’m grateful for it.

And that made this question even sharper for me - How do I use this privilege to make a difference?

The more I sat with it, the more it brought a barrage of emotions with it. Anger. Frustration. Helplessness. Fear. Grief. Confusion. The deeper I went, the heavier it got.

And somewhere along the way, I realised how many layers exist beneath what we see.

Our biases.
The stories we were fed, and the stories we continue to consume.
The news we wake up to.
The people we choose to follow.
How quickly the mind looks for someone to blame.
How quickly it also looks for someone to “win.”

Uncertainty feels alien.
Control feels familiar.
Even when it comes at a cost.

And then I gave myself permission to accept something that was hard to accept.

Maybe I will never understand the complexity fully.
Maybe I don’t even need to.

Maybe all I can do, today, is offer a prayer.

A prayer to heal and be healed.
A prayer to the ones who came before us, and the ones who will come after us.
A prayer to the oppressor and the oppressed.
A prayer not divided by religion or country.
A prayer that unites.
A prayer that is heard in whatever language each of us understands best.
A prayer that speaks to the most human parts inside us.

Most entrepreneurs don’t need more tactics. They need better systems.
Fix the right 20% and 80% of the stress drops.
For most founders, that 20% is simple: Time structure. Energy rhythms. Money clarity.

That’s what we’re building together in The Breakthrough Clarity Intensive.

When: March 14th & 15th.
Where: Live on Zoom.
