It was further discussed and decided that 10 players from each state, aged between 10–14 years, will be selected for a National Winter Training Camp. This initiative forms a key part of the Federation’s long-term strategy for the holistic development of Ski and Snowboard in India.
Looking ahead, the Federation announced that open meetings will be introduced in the future, where athletes, coaches, parents, affiliated members, non-affiliated individuals, and all relevant stakeholders will be welcome to participate. These open meetings will ensure that the Federation functions with transparency, inclusiveness, and valuable feedback from the community.
