COURSE STRUCTURE
Module 1 - 15 Hours of Online Classroom Session over 5 days
Module 2 - 15 Hours of Practical Classes over 5 days @ Marwari Stud & Stables, Sikar, Rajasthan

CERTIFICATE:
Course Completion Certificate for all those who will be completing the course.

COURSE COVERAGE:
Horse Selection, Tack and Equipment, Nutrition, Fitness and Training, Rules, Competition Strategy, Riding for Endurance, Horsecare, Race Preparation and Trial Run of 20 Kms.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND THE COURSE:
Intermediate to Advance Riders who would like to take to the sport of Endurance Riding or would like to improve their current skillsets in the Endurance discipline.

COURSE DATES 2021:
Module 1: 8th - 12th Jan, 1st - 5th Feb, 22nd - 26th Feb
Module 2: 18th - 22nd Jan, 15th - 19th Feb

First Pre Selection Fitness and Medicals to qualify for Kross Terrain Endurance Ride 2016 will take place in the month of August 2016 at Sikar, Rajasthan. Interested participants with horses aged 5 years or more can send me their interest to participate at [email protected] or personal message me on my facebook account. Kross Terrain Endurance Ride 2015 was not allowed to take place by Animal Welfare Board on India on complaint by Mr Ram Chandra Nehra of Sikar and ordered by the Additional District Magistrate. We were accused of conducting "Illegal Horse Cart Race"!!

Dear Participants

I would like to offer my personal , humble and sincere apologies for the cancellation of the Kross Terrain Endurance event of 2015.

It is my deepest regret that you made great efforts to come for the event and in many cases with sacrifice to personal and professional commitments. Due to unforeseen turn of events, and circumstances which were not made known to us by relevant authorities, you had to go through massive inconvenience.

Please accept my humble apologies over this matter. The unforeseen events that unfolded during the 5th to The 7th of November 2015 did keep me physically absent from the Ride venue and forced me to be at the government administrative offices, which led to loss of concentration of my duties at the venue, including regular communication to you all. I would like to assure you that this is not the way I usually conduct myself and I shall endeavour not to repeat such mistakes in the future.

I also believe that we should talk this out and I am open to all feedback, no matter how negative or harsh they are.

Each one of you supported Kross Terrain Endurance Ride 2015 in your own special way. I am humbled by you, and my heart is filled with gratitude to each one of you. I would request your understanding on this matter and look forward to your continued collaboration to make Kross Terrain Endurance Ride 2016 and the years thereafter, a success for the cause of our indigenous horses.

I am initiating my next steps in confronting the challenges that were faced and will keep you posted though our page Kross Terrain Endurance Ride on facebook.
