Growth Sports Academy is a leading sports organization based in Jammu and Kashmir, founded by Aadil Manzoor Peer. The academy is dedicated to promoting sports and providing world-class training to young athletes in the region. The academy offers training in various sports, including cricket, Rugby, Pencak Silat, Chess, Carrom, Icestock, Winter Games, Adventure Sports, Self Defense, basketball, and

athletics. The academy's training programs are designed to develop the physical and mental abilities of athletes and provide them with the skills and knowledge they need to compete at the highest level. Under the leadership of Aadil Manzoor Peer, the academy has made significant strides in promoting sports and developing young athletes. The academy has produced several talented athletes who have gone on to represent the state and the country at various levels. In addition to its training programs, the academy also organizes several sports events and tournaments throughout the year. At Growth Sports Academy, we don’t just train athletes, we empower dreams! We take pride in lifting underprivileged athletes and underserved players from Kupwara and across J&K, giving them the platform to shine in multiple sports at the grassroots level.

And today, we celebrate our rugby warriors at the 16th J&K UT Level Rugby 7s Championship 2025, held on March 29, 2025, at Synthetic Rugby Field, Polo Ground, Srinagar!

🏆 GOLDEN VICTORY FOR GSA GIRLS RUGBY TEAM! 🏆

A moment of pride and celebration! 🎉 The GSA Girls Rugby Team has clinched the Gold Medal at the 16th Jammu & Kashmir UT Level Rugby 7’s Championship 2024-25, held at the Rugby Synthetic Field, Polo Ground, Srinagar, on 28th March 2025.

This victory is not just about the game—it’s about women’s empowerment, breaking barriers, and proving that sports are for all! These fierce athletes have shown dedication, resilience, and unmatched teamwork, setting a shining example for young girls across J&K and beyond.
