🚨THE TRUTH ABOUT IN PERSON TRAINING!🚨

When I did in person training. I would also get clients that would come to me from other personal trainers and have zero knowledge of what to do.

"I spend so much time with this trainer and I still feel lost"

Trainers will give you just enough to get you to keep coming back. Kind of like the pharmaceutical field, if they cured you they'd have no clients.

I DON'T WANT YOU TO NEED ME!!!

I want to educate you
I want what best for you
I want you to be able to teach others what I teach you.

S**t you might even be a coach when I'm done with you. Who knows.

One thing for sure is. Once a trainer works on you for an hour... you're on your own after that.

You can't outwork a poor lifestyle. And that's the difference between a coach and a trainer.
