From my fitness studio to road races, track events to weightlifting and powerlifting platforms—from winning podiums to now speaking at ISB for THE PROJECT 40…..this journey has been nothing short of magical.
Honoured to be invited as a speaker among a phenomenal circle of inspiring women. Each story shared, every connection made, reminded me of the power of showing up, of evolving, and of leading with heart.
A heartfelt thank you to the organisers for curating such a meaningful platform where stories of strength, struggle, and transformation take centre stage.
What made it even more special?
My two daughters and my greatest supporters.
They’ve always waited at every finish lines, cheered from the sidelines as I lifted on platforms, and now, sat in the audience at ISB, holding space for me with pride and love. Their unwavering presence is my biggest win.
Here’s to unlearning, relearning, and rewriting the rules, at every age, in every stage.
