It was indeed a great adventurous ride which reminds me of MTB Shimla in 2013 which I tried with Swapnil, Anant and many more. I was planning for this ride since last two years but finally done with the help of you all. Long distance riding can be done solo but for these kind of rides you need support of co-riders and you played the role very well. In fact group fitness experience can help all participants reap these benefits, while adding the other more traditional physical and mental benefits that occur within the group fitness experience. What you focus on expands and the ‘ripple effect’ touches others around you. Group activity is fun and it builds camaraderie.
It's inspiring and motivating to be surrounded by dedicated, like-minded individuals. It doesn't get much more empowering than a class with an encouraging instructor (Anant) and supportive people all working hard together. Group fitness is a great way to help motivate yourself and others to dig deeper and push harder in workouts.
Happy to see that all of you completed, which was quite difficult for all of us. With this level of humidity and heat is really commendable.
