নবগ্রহ মঙ্গলাষ্টকম্ হল এমন এক পবিত্র স্তোত্র, যেখানে নবগ্রহ—সূর্য, চন্দ্র, মঙ্গল, বুধ, বৃহস্পতি, শুক্র, শনি, রাহু ও কেতুর কৃপা প্রার্থনা করা হয়।
হিন্দু শাস্ত্রমতে, মানুষের জীবনে সুখ-দুঃখ, সাফল্য-বাধা ও মানসিক অবস্থার উপর গ্রহদের বিশেষ প্রভাব রয়েছে। এই স্তোত্র পাঠ করলে সেই অশুভ প্রভাব প্রশমিত হয় এবং শুভ শক্তির বৃদ্ধি ঘটে বলে বিশ্বাস করা হয়।
🌞 ১। সূর্যদেব
অগ্নিময় জ্যোতির অধিকারী সূর্যদেব কাশ্যপ ঋষির বংশজাত এবং সিংহ রাশির অধিপতি।
তিনি শক্তি, আত্মবিশ্বাস, স্বাস্থ্য ও নেতৃত্বের প্রতীক।
গুরু, চন্দ্র ও মঙ্গল তাঁর মিত্র, আর শুক্র ও শনি তাঁর প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বী বলে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে।
সেই দিবাকর সূর্যদেব আমাদের জীবন আলোকিত করুন এবং সর্বদা মঙ্গল দান করুন।
🌙 ২। চন্দ্রদেব
শুভ্র ও শান্তিময় চন্দ্রদেব কর্কট রাশির অধিপতি এবং অত্রি ঋষির বংশে জন্মগ্রহণ করেন।
তিনি মন, অনুভূতি, ভালোবাসা ও মানসিক শান্তির প্রতীক।
শিব ও উমাদেবীর প্রিয় এই চন্দ্রদেব মানুষের মনকে কোমল ও স্থির করেন।

তিনি মিথুন ও কন্যা রাশির স্বামী।
বিষ্ণু তাঁর অধিদেবতা বলে মানা হয়।
বুদ্ধিমত্তা, শিক্ষালাভ ও যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধির জন্য বুধদেবের কৃপা বিশেষ গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

দেবগুরু বৃহস্পতি অঙ্গিরা ঋষির বংশজাত এবং ধনু ও মীন রাশির অধিপতি।
তিনি ধর্ম, জ্ঞান, ন্যায়, শিক্ষকতা ও শুভফলের প্রতীক।
সূর্য, চন্দ্র ও মঙ্গল তাঁর বন্ধু।
তাঁর কৃপায় বিদ্যা, সম্মান, বিবাহ ও সন্তানের সুখ লাভ হয় বলে বিশ্বাস করা হয়।

শুভ্রবর্ণ শুক্রদেব সৌন্দর্য, প্রেম, ভোগবিলাস ও শিল্পকলার অধিপতি।
তিনি বৃষ ও তুলা রাশির স্বামী।
বুধ ও শনি তাঁর বন্ধু।
দাম্পত্য সুখ, সম্পদ, সৌন্দর্য ও শিল্পী প্রতিভা বৃদ্ধিতে শুক্রদেবের কৃপা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

তিনি সূর্যগ্রহণের কারণ হিসেবে পরিচিত।
রাহুর প্রভাব জীবনে বিভ্রান্তি আনতে পারে, আবার হঠাৎ সাফল্যও দিতে পারে।
দূর্বা ও সর্পতত্ত্বের সঙ্গে তাঁর সম্পর্ক রয়েছে।

প্রতিদিন সকালে স্নানের পর পাঠ করা উত্তম
সূর্যোদয়ের পরে বা সন্ধ্যাতেও পাঠ করা যায়
শনিবার, রবিবার ও অমাবস্যায় বিশেষ ফলপ্রদ বলে মানা হয়
কীভাবে পাঠ করবেন
১। পরিষ্কার বস্ত্র পরে শান্ত মনে বসুন
২। পূর্ব বা উত্তর মুখে বসা শ্রেয়
৩। সামনে দীপ বা নবগ্রহের ছবি রাখতে পারেন
৪। প্রথমে গণেশ ও গুরুকে স্মরণ করুন
৫। তারপর ভক্তিভরে নবগ্রহ মঙ্গলাষ্টকম্ পাঠ করুন
৬। শেষে প্রার্থনা করুন—
“হে নবগ্রহদেবতা, আমার জীবনের সকল অশুভ দূর করে মঙ্গল দান করুন।”
