After a lot of hard thinking, I made the decision to let go of this account.

I initially created it because I wanted to create structure in my work and in my thoughts and I thought that separating my art practice and my coaching practice was the way.

And it did serve its purpose for a while.
But now I noticed that I dread coming on here and posting here. It doesn’t feel aligned anymore.

I’ve come to realise that my art practice is inseparable from my coaching practice, from my podcast, from my seeking understanding from mystical modalities.

They nourish each other. It’s the way my brain works. How I perceive the world.

While I’m still dedicated in supporting my fellow sensitive souls, HSPs and sensitive neurodivergents, I can only do it in a way that’s authentic to me. And that’s by reclaiming all parts of myself and letting them dance together.

Tonight is a Full Moon, it’s a special one though. A Lunar Eclipse in Virgo.
The energy is heightened, it’s the peak of the lunar cycle, and can take us on a roller coaster. No more hiding our feelings! 🫣

🌕 The full moon illuminates both what’s working and what’s not working in our projects, in our friendships, in our lives.

I’ve been feeling restless all week already! And alternating high highs and low lows. Did you feel it too?

And I managed to put the last touches on an exciting project that u can’t wait to share more of - right on them for the 🌕
I can’t wait to see if the completion of this project is going to follow th rest of this lunation cycle (I know, I’m a huge geek! 🤣)

🇫🇷Ce soir, c’est la Pleine Lune, et c’est une éclipse lunaire en Vierge.
L’énergie est exacerbée, c’est le pic du cycle lunaire, et ça peut nous faire vivre des montagnes russes. Plus besoin de cacher nos émotions ! 🫣
🌕 car la pleine lune met en lumière ce qui fonctionne et ce qui ne fonctionne pas dans nos projets, nos amitiés, nos vies… tout ce qui nous concerne quoi!

Perso, je me suis sentie agitée toute la semaine ! 🙄
Et j’ai enfin pu mettre la dernière touche à un super projet créatif que j’ai hâte de partager avec vous !
J’ai hâte de voir si la finalisation de ce projet suivra le reste de ce cycle lunaire (je sais, je suis une vraie geek ! 🤣)

I recently learned that the Lunar Cycle should be called Soli-Lunar cycle as it refers to how we see the Moon illuminated by the Sun from the Earth.

This dynamic interplay between the Sun (Spirit and Heart), the Moon (Mind and Psyche), and the Earth (Body, the material world in which this dance unfolds) illuminates our inner landscape.

Each lunar phase offers a unique energy that influences how we act, reflect, and grow. Understanding these cycles allows us to navigate life with greater alignment and intention.

Here’s a visual I created with a summary of the eight phases and how to harness their energy.

I recently learned that the Lunar Cycle should be called Soli-Lunar cycle as it refers to how we see the Moon illuminated by the Sun from the Earth.

I noticed the pressure I was putting on myself at times when it comes to communicating my thoughts, ideas and inspirations online.

«Am I clear enough? Will they understand my point? »
« Will what I say make enough sense? » « Will they relate? »
« What if I miss something out? » « What if I seem not thorough enough, not informed enough »?

And that’s exactly THE sign to take time off from talking, and from all the noise from the external world!

I’m not here to prove anything, and I hope you’re not either 💕🌻
Life’s too short for that!
It only feeds more anxiety and more restlessness to the world.
Enough of all that nonsense already! And I say that wit love and compassion 💕

Trust that the right people for you will resonate with what you’re expressing from the bottom of your heart.
You can never get it wrong when you’re being true to yourself, no matter what ✨☀️
