Dear Members,

This is to inform you that the State Government has notified the re-opening of gyms and hence our gym shall resume its services from 19th January, 2022.

The new timings are as follows:-
6a.m. to 1p.m.
&
4p.m. to 9p.m.

Dear Members,

We regret to inform you that as per the Government notification dated 2.01.2022, our gym will remain closed until any further notice.
We wish you good health in these tough times that lie ahead. We shall overcome this together and will come out stronger on the other side.
Till then, keep safe and maintain all precautionary measures.

We, Trim and Tone Fitness Centre is reopening our gym from 01.07.2021 as per the new lockdown rule in West Bengal.
New timings would be as follows:-
06.00 AM- 10.00 AM
04.00 PM- 08.00 PM.
Guidlines to be strictly followed:
• Every member is requested to carry their own Hand sanitizer.
• Every member is requested to carry their own towel, perfume.
• Every member is requested to carry their own water bottle.
• Every member is requested to carry their respective masks.

Please follow the above guidlines and help everybody stay healthy.

In view of the announcment made by THE GOVERNMENT today i.e. 30.04.2021, our gym, Trim & Tone shall remain closed until further notice.

Notice for all members:

Dear members,
This is to inform you about the reopening of the gym from Monday, i.e.,10th of August, 2020, and the guidelines that are required to be adhere to during these unsure times.

The following are the guidelines, as per government regulations, which every member has to strictly follow to ensure maximum safety, not only for themselves but also for the fellow members of the gym.

1. The gym will operate from Monday to Saturday, from 07:00 am to 01:00 pm and 04:00 pm to 10:00 pm on slot basis.

2. Every member must pre book their time slots. Each time slot will be of 45 mins.
Please note, slot booking shall commence from 4th August, 2020.

3. Members will be allowed to enter the gym premises only during their designated time slots after a mandatory no-contact thermal check has been performed and their body temperature is found to be normal(below 99°F/37.2°C).

4. Members must carry with themselves a clean towel, a water bottle, fully covered gloves and a pocket sanitizer. Please note, any member who doesn't carry any of the aforesaid things will be denied entry into the gym.
If any member intends on doing floor exercises or exercises involving a workout belt, must carry their own.

5. Wearing of MASK is MANDATORY AT ALL TIMES.

This is to inform all our members that as per the last notice we were keeping our gymnasium closed till 31.03.2020 but today i.e. 24.03.2020 it has been declared by our Honourable Prime Minister that INDIA will be completely locked down till 14.04.2020 midnight.

So to abide by the new declaration our gymnasium will remain closed till 14.04.2020 midnight till any further notice.

Your cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciated.
