I am very happy to share that I once again had the opportunity to conduct a Self Defence & Women Safety Awareness Session at SBI Head Office, Kolkata on the occasion of International Women’s Day 2026. Over time, I have been invited there on multiple occasions to deliver such sessions, which truly feels rewarding and reflects the trust they have in my training and guidance.
Being associated with their self-defence training initiatives is always a proud responsibility. It was a great experience to demonstrate practical safety techniques and spread awareness in a professional environment.
These moments motivate me even more to train all of you not only for karate performance, but for real-life confidence, discipline, and self-protection.
