In this worst condition of covid-19 the main thing we need is immunity for that we have to have healthy food and make ourself fit and heathy to fight back covid-19.
So, I Sensei Ritam Polleya have came up with the idea to reopen my karate classes online. So its my reqiest to all if possible or interested then plz join my class for better experience.
