This two-move abs workout focuses on core strength and toning. The routine consists of dynamic and controlled movements that engage your abdominal muscles effectively. Each exercise targets different areas of the core to promote overall stability and definition. Remember to maintain proper form throughout to maximize the benefits of this challenging workout. Give it a try and feel the burn as you work towards stronger, sculpted abs!

In this video i'm shared some tripses exercises that improves your triseps condition. But it includes simple exercises not the hardar once. This workouts don't need any equipments. So you can do this easily

And don't forget to sleep properly 7-8 hours a day and take a diet including protein, carbs and healthy fats. Also drink good amount of water to be hydrate
