343 Football aims to bring out the best Indian talent and show the world that India with poppulation of more than 1.4 billion people, has the capability through proper education and coaching to reach the levels of success other much smaller nations have achieved. India is a rising Footballing nation who has just entered the top 100 in the world although much work is still needed. With the 343 Foot
ball programme we aim to spread this love and passion of football to every single corner of this beautiful and majestic country. Our aim is to have a 343 Football School/Academy in every single state in India (28) thus enabling us to spot raw talent throughout every single corner of India, from Mizoram all the way to Kerala and beyond. This programme has already began within the state of Maharasthra as we have focused on the city of Kolhapur, an area recognised within India for its passion and love for the beautiful game. With a National partnership finalised with I-League club Minerva Punjab, we are fast becoming the place to be when it comes down to the development of modern football within the national level. This partnership will enable us to also send our best talent to Minerva Punjab in order to play in the I-League and perhaps even further than this! We are also in a privileged position of counting with a number of foreign coaches who are all drilled in the same manner of football- The Beautiful way of playing football. This is the reason 343 is called this-dating back to the era of the famous Dream Team under Johan Cruyff, we try to emulate and imitate his style and vision of football within the Indian Community. This is a long term project which will ultimately see 343Football also compete in the local leagues (Firstly Kolhapur and later on in the lower divisions of INDIAN football) which will give the young raw Indian talent the perfect scenario to perfect and hone their skills. To take football to every corner of India is our vision-TO make this happen is OUR MISSION.
