10 years ago, I was skinny.
No impressive physique. No big muscles. No strength. No idea how far this journey would take me.
But there was one thing I had from day one, the obsession to become better.
I still remember posing when I had almost nothing to show.
Skinny arms. A small frame. No shredded abs. No muscular chest. No wide back.
But I posed anyway.
Because I wasn’t posing for the physique I had,
I was posing for the physique I believed I could build.
Giving up is not in the blood.
10 years of bodybuilding.
10 years of discipline.
10 years of learning how to eat, train, recover, fail, adapt and keep going.
I never stopped.
One decision to not quit became a decade of transformation.
From skinny to muscular.
From a beginner to a bodybuilder.
This is what 10 years of bodybuilding transformation looks like.
And the biggest transformation wasn’t just my body.
It was my mindset.
I learned that building muscle takes patience.
Building strength takes consistency.
Building a physique takes discipline.
And building yourself takes years.
Just consistency, progressive overload, nutrition, recovery, discipline and showing up when you don’t feel like it.
If you’re skinny right now and wondering whether you can build muscle…
If you’re a beginner starting your fitness journey…
If you’re trying to gain weight, gain muscle, build a bigger physique or achieve your bodybuilding transformation.
Remember this:
The physique you want may take years to build.
But the person you become along the way is worth every single year.
I started with almost nothing.
I kept posing.
I kept training.
I kept learning.
I kept believing.
And 10 years later, I’m still not done.
This isn’t the finish line.
This is proof that I never gave up.
Because giving up is not in the blood.
