Chhatrapati Malojiraje FC Malojiraje Shahu Chhatrapati was born on 03 July 1976 in Bangalore. He is the grandson of late H.H.Major General Shahaji Chhatrapati Maharaja of Kolhapur.

He is the heir of illustrious and most revered royal family of India, hailing from the direct lineage of the legendary Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the Kolhapur royal family. The direct 13th descendant of the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and the erstwhile social reformer, Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj of Kolhapur. He is the younger son of the present Maharaja of Kolhapur, Shrimant Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj.
