There is always a gap between what we wanted to coach/wanted the player to perform and what the player has understood/Wanted to do inside the field.
Closing this gap is important for the coach to get the best out of the athletes. One of the finest ingredients to close this gap is COMMUNICATION.
Interacting with the athletes during the sessions and understand what they feel/think is very crucial part of coaching.
Guided this young champs in their position specific drills, how to hold their position strong on the field when the defender is present.
It’s an honour and privilege to be invited overseas and allowed to freely express my views and thoughts without any objection.
I thank Coach Bryan and Franciscan Hockey Club for believing in me and gave me the opportunity to teach what I know and hats off for the wonderful hospitality❤️.

✨Double this time✨
Again the result was not as we expected, but still every tournament teaches us something. We learn from our mistakes.
We finished 2nd and 3rd junior men and women accordingly in our 1st Hockey India East Zone Hockey Championship, khunti, Jharkhand from 19th to 26th march 2023.
As a Strength and Conditioning Coach, this years first medal✨
Every small success should be celebrated. Anyway hustle for the gold will never stop😈.
