Satyen Basumatary, founder General Secretary and current President of Kokrajhar District Rifle & Shooting Association (KDRSA) left for heavenly abode today morning due to Covid19 at Kokrajhar Civil Hospital.
He was pioneer in popularising Shooting Sports in Kokrajhar since 2008.

Our deepest condolences to the bereaved family.
May the departed soul rest in eternal peace.

Glimpses of the Prize Distribution Ceremony of the 8th North East Zone Shooting Championship, 2021 held at Sports Shooting Range, Kahilipara, Guwahati on the 8th March, 2021.
Harmeet Singh IPS, ADGP(Admin, S & ML), Assam and Moloy Bora IAS, Commissioner, Sports & Youth Affairs Department, Assam graced the Ceremony as the Chief Guests.
Team Assam bagged the Champions Trophy with 25 Gold, 16 Silver and 22 Bronze Medals.
