• Max Burn had taken part in the 2021 Ernakulam Weightlifting Championship under the guidance of our trainer C.S Shaiju and achieved excellent results under his direction! 💯🥇💪🏼

C.S Shaiju has started training for kids from the age of 12 to participate in weightlifting for district and state level competitions at MAX BURN FITNESS CENTER, KOCHI. 🏋👊🏼

A look at the achievements of Mr. Shaiju so far:
• General Secretary of Ernakulam District Power Lifting Association
• General Secretary of Ernakulam District Masters Games Association
• Executive member of Kerala state Power Lifting Association
• National Category 1 Referee
• 2016 Masters Open International 83 kg Gold Medalist
• European Masters Weightlifting 89 kg class 1st Italy 2019
• Asia Oceana Gold Coast, Australia 3rd place.
He is currently preparing for the World Masters Games which will be held in Kansai, Japan in May 2022.
