Yet another Transformation worth mentioning. This dedicated legend is Mr. Abir, who workout at our Subhaspally Branch ( Golden Gym ) Started his journey almost 2 years ago, he was not seeing any result in his initial months & was a bit disappointed but we explained him about metabolism and that the Fat he has accumulated in 5-6 years will take some time to go off. He should have patience and just carry on his workout with some diet restrictions.
So, now we all can see the result, which is splendid and appreciable.
Abir- We ( Golden Gym ) Wish you a healthy and muscular future.

Mr. Rhishab Roy has proved once again in our guidance that Hard Work and Proper knowledge pays off well. I am really proud of him because not only he transformed himself in past couple of years but gained in depth knowledge about Fitness and Diet by taking Certificate Course from 'Himalayan Stallion'. He is keen to learn and understand the whole process.
Keep it Up Boy 💪 a long way to go.
