Like every year, a grand Two-Day Football Tournament is being organized under the management of Ekaihat Runner Club. The tournament will feature the Late Anup Kumar Sarkar Memorial Winners' Running Trophy and the Late Sukharanjan Das Memorial Runners-Up Running Trophy.
We cordially invite your team to participate in this exciting tournament!
Tournament Dates: August 1st & August 2nd, 2026
Entry Fee: ₹4,001 (The full entry fee must be paid in advance by July 20, 2026)
📋 TOURNAMENT RULES & REGULATIONS
1. The tournament will consist of 16 teams. All teams must report to the field by 9:00 AM.
2. 8 teams will play on Saturday, and the remaining 8 teams will play on Sunday, followed by the Grand Final.
3. Playing with studs/spikes is mandatory.
4. Each team will have 5 active players on the field and 2 substitutes (5v5 format).
5. Every team must bring their own football and team jersey.
6. Match duration will be 15 - 2 - 15 minutes (with a 2-minute half-time break).
7. The Referee’s decision on the field and the Committee’s decision off the field will be final.
8. Floodlights are available; this is a day-and-night tournament.
🏆 PRIZES & AWARDS
🥇 1st Place (Champions):
The Late Anup Kumar Sarkar Memorial Winners' Running Trophy (Returnable) along with a Permanent Trophy and ₹60,001 cash prize.
🥈 2nd Place (Runners-up):
The Late Sukharanjan Das Memorial Runners-Up Running Trophy (Returnable) along with a Permanent Trophy and ₹40,001 cash prize.
🏅 Round 2 Winners: Teams winning from the second round onwards will receive club rewards.
🌟 Special Awards: Special honors and prizes will be awarded to the Best Goalkeeper, Tournament MVP (Best Player), and Man of the Match (Finals).
📌 Note: Meals will be provided for up to 10 members (including players and staff) of every participating team.
