Sprinting > Long Running if I’ve to choose one. Literally every combat, track & field athletes need speed & power in their sport and ability to move as quickly as possible and Hill sprints are S tier exercises for that. Do them only 1-2 times a week with longer rest periods and focus on quality over quantity in these.

Also if you aren’t running regularly don’t add them straight without any prior running experience, will likely pull some muscle or injure yourself so be careful.
