Fitness is to do any physical activity without any discomfort.
There are 2 types of Activities Aerobic and Anaerobic. While Aerobic activities are the physical exercises done in presence of oxygen where intake of oxygen is high, and Anaerobic activities are the ones done in the absence of oxygen, the oxygen required here is less than the oxygen required in Aerobic activities.
These activities helps in improving the endurance, strength, flexibility, body composition and balancing your body weight. It helps in improving your musculoskeletal strength as well as muscular and cardiovascular endurance at the same time.
