Wushu Association of Wayanad was formed on 13th July 2005 and has 16 yrs of existence in the field of promoting wushu in and around Wayanad, with the support and help of all the promoters and players of this martial art. It is very proud to say that, even though Wayanad basically considered to be backward in all the areas but wushu made a change to the view by succeedi

ng and achieving medals in State, South Indian, National Championships. As the effort of coaches and players led the Wayanad from the past 6yrs to won the state championships, with holding the trophy in their hands continuously. Today Wushu Association of Wayanad aiming for creates more opportunity for school students to get scholarship, grace mark, and job. This form of martial art moulds a person’s character, habit, mental stability and helps thinking in a right direction and to lead a peaceful life with happiest thoughts…
