Debanjan Share Girls’ Academy, Kalimpong has once again etched its name in the annals of football history by achieving a remarkable milestone in the Kanyashree Cup – Division B, Calcutta Women’s League. Representing the Hills with pride, determination, and exceptional skill, the young girls have marched into the finals of the prestigious tournament, showcasing their growing dominance in women’s football.
In a thrilling semi-final encounter, Debanjan Share Girls’ Academy defeated Matua Football Foundation by 1–0, displaying disciplined teamwork, tactical awareness, and unyielding spirit. The hard-fought victory has earned them a well-deserved place in the final, where they are set to face Rampur Milan Sangh in what promises to be a highly competitive clash.

The Academy’s journey stands as a powerful testament to the rise of grassroots football in the region and the immense potential of young girls when given the right platform, guidance, and encouragement. Their success not only brings glory to Kalimpong and the Hills but also inspires countless aspiring footballers to dream big and believe in their abilities.
