Want to try this simple but delicious Bread Ras Malai for New year…

Ingredients:/
1 litre milk
1 white bread
Dry fruits
Saffron
Sugar
Cornstarch

Method:-
Take 8 to 9 bread slices.
In a mixer grinder grind to form fine powder.
In a big pan boil 1 litre milk.
When the milk starts boiling keep on stirring in between. We have to reduce the milk to 1/2.
In a pan add bread powder and add 1 to 2 tbs full cream .
Mash bread powder and cream to form a soft dough.
Add 1 tbs cornflour to the mixture and mash.
Meanwhile when milk gets reduce to 50 percent add chopped dry fruits and saffron .
Keep on stirring the milk .
Now add 1/2 cup sugar to the milk and stir .
Once the sugar gets melt off the gas.
Milk is ready for the Ras malai.

In another pan add 2 cup of sugar and 3
4 cup of water and keep for boiling.
Once the syrup starts boiling and sugar completely melt off the gas.
Now take small potion of dough and make round balls like Ras malai.
Make all the balls from the dough.
Now add all the balls to the above sugar syrup and on the gas and cook Ras malain for 10 to 15 mins.
Switch off the gas and let it cool down.
Now add the ras malai to the saffron milk.
Garnish with some chopped nuts like pistachios .
Serve chilled bread ras malai .
