What started in a backyard with borrowed equipment has now grown into a fitness space we once only dreamed of.

During the lockdown, with no jobs and uncertain times, things felt dreadful. But we chose not to give up. As trainers, we poured our hearts into this journey — from those humble beginnings to finally installing Jerai Fitness and still building step by step.

Every milestone we’ve achieved is a reminder that hard work, persistence, and faith can move mountains. 💪

Here’s to 4 years of sweat, struggle, and strength — and to many more ahead. 🚀❤️

Last year was the most stressful year I ever had in my life. I forgot to take care of myself. I was so wrapped up in the stress that I completely forgot what sound sleep was ! I slept for 3 -4 hours, worked my ass off, ate well but I was unable to see results. I was mentally somewhere else, depressed and my zen mode had taken a toll. After almost a year, it dawned that if I can't take care of myself, there's no way I can help my lil one out. I asked for help, spoke with my partner, cried my heart out and stood back as always. This is the first time after I had a baby, I feel proud of myself. Progress will come , but sanity should remain!
All I learnt is
* Depression hinders your progress
* Sleep is compulsory to keep you sane
* Talking to your loved ones help
* Asking for help doesn't make you inferior.
