The club participates in many football leagues and tournaments. the club was founded on 1 june 2013 by dream of Anirudh Singh (Vice Captain) & player of the club with the help of Abhimanyu Singh (captain),Pariksh*t Singh,Aditya Vikram Singh(vice captain),

Hanuman Singh & Suryavardhan Singh. these are the players who played a part an important part in establishing the club. the club right now is progessing great & is achiving greater heights on and off the field. United Eleven FC-'we are united' we are eleven"
