ded on 15th April 2015 and inaugurated by Agricultural Minister, Honorable Mr. Randhir Singh, Jharkhand State. Founder of the Academy - Mr. Rabindra Kumar Jha. A well known Cricketer who has dedicated his life to Cricket with the highest level of Passion, Discipline and Sportsman Spirit. Well, there are Three kinds of people -
First Kind : Dreaming and Achieving the Dream. Second Kind : Dreaming and Not Achieving the Dream. Then, comes the Third Kind, One who opens a platform for those who has Dreams but not have ways to achieve it. And, Rabindra Jha is a third kind personality who had a dream but could not achieve them so he thought to dedicate his dream to the younger generation by opening a platform for them. Now, he is living his dream by providing those facilities to the aspirants which he did not have. Rabindra Jha has attended Training Session for Coaches organized by BCCI for Level - 1 Coaches Course (NCA) held at JCA Stadium Ranchi. He has presented this Academy with a sole Lakshya of extracting the talent from the villages and Jamtara Town. Expansion has its own destiny but kicking the first paddle is always in your hand. LCA is growing day by day. Currently, LCA is Coaching more than 35 Serious Aspirants to achieve their Dreams. LCA has adopted the Fair Policy where only Talent, Dedication, Passion & Hard Work is welcome. There is a saying, "You initiate a campaign and there will hundred to stand by you". And proving this true, several people joined their hands to support this cause without which the objective of LCA would not have been possible. All has worked and have been working days and nights with selflessness. Treating this academy as their son, Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh - Former Superintended of Police - Jamtara now Ranchi, Ms Babita Jha, Jamtara District Cricket Association President and Famous Social Worker, Mr. Amit Narnolia Owner Balaji Cycle Store Jamtara and also JDCA treasurer, Mr. Sanjay Das - Umpire Jharkhand District Cricket Association and Motivational Speakers for Aspirants and many more such personalities has just took it to an another level. These all above icons are huge Cricket Fans and it is there sincere interest and respect for Cricket. Coach, like, Rabindra Kumar Jha, who has just not seen the difficulties but lived with it. But he did not curse it rather learnt from it. With his kind of huge experience and enormous support from the above mentioned icons LCA will keep growing. It is currently in District but very soon it will reach through out the State. Difficulties will be there, Hurdles will be there but Diamonds are only found after unearthing the Crust.
