Dear Friends,

After many years of struggle, efforts, and continuous dedication, our “Differently Abled Financial Inclusion & Empowerment Welfare Association (DAFIEWA)” has now been officially established. This is not just an Association, but a platform representing the voice, dignity, rights, and empowerment of all PwD employees.

Now the most important step is — maximum participation and strengthening of the Association through more and more memberships.

Therefore, all of you are kindly requested to open the Google Form link given below and fill out the Membership Form completely and correctly. Our objectives are:
• Protection of the rights of PwD employees
• Full compliance with DoPT Guidelines and Government Circulars
• Effective implementation of 4% Reservation in Promotions
• Prevention of any kind of discrimination, harassment, or misconduct
