Bring on the abs! 💪🏼 Nothing gets us more excited than a killer ab workout. Today we focused on hitting all the core muscles with exercises like crunches, leg raises, and planks. And let me tell you, we are feeling the burn in all the right places.
You don't have to have a six-pack to have strong abs, but a strong core can improve your posture, balance, and stability in all other exercises. Plus, who doesn't love a little definition in the midsection? 🤩
