The ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ป๐ป๐๐ฎ๐น ๐ฃ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ-๐ฐ๐๐บ-๐ฑ๐๐ต ๐ฆ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐๐
๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด of the ๐๐ฟ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ๐น ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐๐ต ๐๐๐ฟ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป (APCA) was successfully conducted in a befitting manner at ๐๐๐ฃ ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐บ ๐๐ผ๐๐๐ฒ, ๐๐ผ๐น๐น๐ ๐ฉ๐ถ๐น๐น๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ, ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ถ๐ท๐ผ๐๐ฎ, ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ธ๐ธ๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ถ๐๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐, from ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐๐ต ๐๐ผ ๐ฎ๐ญ๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ.
The programme witnessed the participation of representatives from all affiliated district units of the Association, namely ๐๐ข๐๐ก๐จ๐ฆ, ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ , ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ , ๐๐๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐๐๐ซ๐, ๐๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ฉ๐ข๐ญ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ ๐ข๐จ๐ง (๐๐๐), ๐๐๐ฒ๐ข ๐๐๐ง๐ฒ๐จ๐ซ, ๐๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ซ ๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐ซ๐ข, and ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐๐ซ ๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐ซ๐ข.
During the 5th State Executive Meeting, the following key resolutions and decisions were unanimously adopted:
1. Shri ๐๐๐๐ก๐ข ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐จ, State President, AASSATA, and Shri ๐๐๐ฃ๐ฎ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ a Teacher by profession, were appointed as ๐๐๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ of the Arunachal Pradesh Curling Association.
2. Shri ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐๐ก๐จ๐ง๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฃ๐ฎ was selected as the ๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ข๐๐๐ง๐ญ of ๐พ๐๐๐ ๐ฒ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, while Shri ๐๐ก๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ข๐ฃ๐ข๐ฃ๐ฎ was selected as the ๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ข๐๐๐ง๐ญ of ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐.
3. Shri ๐๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ has been Selected/Appointed as General Secretary of Papum Pare District Curling Association.
4. The ๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ ๐
๐ฅ๐จ๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐๐๐๐ will be organised prior to the 4๐๐ ๐ต๐๐๐๐ ๐ฌ๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐๐๐๐ 2026, proposed to be held from 12th to 18th October, 2026.
5. All affiliated District Units are mandated to organise District Championships, Workshops, or Selection Trials in Floor Curling before the conduct of the 3rd State Floor Curling Championship 2026.
6. All District Units must ensure the availability of Floor Curling kits at the district level.
In his presidential address, Shri Riba Pangia Dolo, President, APCA, emphasized the importance of focusing on the development of quality sportspersons, stating that curling holds immense potential for athletes from Arunachal Pradesh to represent the nation at the Olympic level in the future. Earlier team also witnessed the State most prestigious Conservation festival The Pakke Paga Hornbill Festival led by State President.
The programme was successfully organised under the leadership of Shri Limphu Nikangju, General Secretary, APCA; Shri Bagang Tadam Natam , President, Upper Subansiri District Curling Association; Shri Bharat Nabam, President, Pakke Kessang District Curling Association; and Ms. Nanu Dolo Pangia, Assistant IPR Secretary, APCA, Ms Choti Bimpak & Ms Papung Lochung who served as Organising Chairman, Organising Secretary, Overall In-Charge, Organising Treasurer & Org. members respectively.
The Association expresses its sincere gratitude to all participating district units and members for their active involvement and cooperation in making the programme a grand success.
