4 Easy Karate Drills with a Partner | Fun, Fitness & Focus for Kids
Want your child to get better at karate while having fun? Try these 4 simple partner drills that help build strength, balance, and teamwork — all in one session!
Here’s what they’ll do:
1. Jump with Timing
When the partner closes their legs, jump with your legs open. When they open their legs, jump with your legs closed. Great for focus and timing!
2. Leg Rotation Drill
Move your legs over your partner’s raised legs in a circular motion. Builds strong core muscles and coordination.
3. Foot Push Sit-Ups
Sit face to face, feet touching. Push against each other’s feet while doing sit-ups. It’s a great teamwork and fitness booster!
4. Jump Over Partner
One person lies down, and the other carefully jumps over. This improves speed, balance, and agility.
These drills are super fun and perfect for young karate learners. Grab a partner and give them a try!
