Today, Cure SMA India was at Salesforce for an interactive awareness session on Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), engaging employees in meaningful conversations about SMA, patient advocacy, and the importance of early diagnosis and prevention.

It was encouraging to see such an attentive audience. The thoughtful questions and active participation reflected a genuine interest in understanding SMA, the challenges faced by affected families, and how each of us can contribute to creating a more inclusive society.

A heartfelt thank you to and the Salesforce team for organizing the session and providing a platform to spread awareness about SMA. Every conversation like this brings us one step closer to a future where SMA is better understood, diagnosed early, and families receive the care and support they deserve and no one feels alone in their journey.

Your commitment to educating people about this rare genetic disorder and highlighting the importance of genetic carrier screening is helping create awareness that can prevent future cases of SMA.

We are deeply thankful to Dr Giriraj Ratan Chandak and Mr Abhishek Chandak from Lightning Lives for conducting FREE SMA CARRIER TESTING for all the interested employees. This generous initiative has empowered many individuals to take informed steps towards preventing SMA.
