We served food for 150 people today so far we have distributed food for over 1200 people.. thanks to all our members and friends who have been helping us day in day out and motivating us in extending our support to this noble cause...

Badminton is not just like a game…It is something which will make you get attracted to and once you start playing , you will love this and hence you will not feel like leaving when you start playing :)

It has loads of benifits,but i have mentioned only the high priority ones :-

It increases your concentration power (a good exercise for i.e)
It helps you analyse and take actions in terms of analysing your opponent i.e predicting what type of game he is playing and where he will strike a particular type of shot etc…(Hence it increases your memory power)
It is best stress buster (You will not realise it,but when you start playing, you will forget all tension and get into jolly mood, when you play outside with your friends or family members)
It improves your stamina (it increases your blood flow,thereby increasing the circulation and increases the lung capacity as well)
It provides you strength and power (it helps you increase the power of your muscles and therefore increases the strength..Though you may not look like body builder or have six packs by playing badminton you will have enough power in your muscles that none can judge)

Membership Fee Structure
Kids up to 18 Years : 50 euros / Month * ( Two days a week program )
Adults above 18 Years : 50 euros / Month * ( Two days a week program )
