1. Single arm high pulls 3 sets 15 reps
2. Asst Chin-ups 3 sets 10 reps
3. Barbell rowing 3 sets 15 to 20 reps
4. Single leg hip thrusts 3 sets 15 to 20 reps
5. Db dead lifts 3 sets 12 to 15 reps
