We are looking for a full-time high-performing Sales Person to help us meet our customers requirements and revenue growth targets by keeping O2 Gym competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting, training and supervising staff
Managing budgets
Enhancing profitability by organizing and delivering an appropriate range of fitness activities and programmes
Maintaining fitness equipment
Maintaining customer service standards
Undertaking administrative tasks
Promoting and marketing the business
Dealing with inquiries, complaints, and emergencies.
Design and promote activities to meet customer demand and generate revenue
Maintain high levels of customer care, often with a particular focus on avoiding loss of existing users.
Manage maintenance, insurance, repairs, and cleaning.
Ensure own and staff members' first aid training is up to date.
Deliver some fitness training or coaching in sports activities - often a good way of maintaining contact with customers.
Qualifications:
Need a minimum of 2 years of experience as a gym manager.
Should have core knowledge in the fitness domain.
An interest in physical fitness and sport.
Good interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
Good team working skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Business acumen, creative thinking and problem-solving.
