The Yacht Club of Hyderabad A water sports facility on the banks of The Hussain Sagar Hyderabad India YCH trains sailors for both competitive and recreational Sailing and Kayaking.

We provide experienced instructors and a variety of boats and courses suitable for all ages. The YCH is actively supports the Sailing Academy, Hyderabad alongside a few independent trusts and foundations to select and train young children from economically backgrounds and Government Schools in the sport free of cost, enabling them a future in this rapidly growing sport. The YCH has been actively

encouraging the Government, Corporates, Athletes and citizens to accelerate the improvement of the quality of the water at Hussain Sagar. "For a Clean Hussain Sagar" is a primary environmental driving force.

Volunteers and Interns Needed

Waterschool , India’s premier Watersports training Centre , at Durgam Cheruvu, in the midst of High-tech City Hyderabad involved in Kayaking, Sailing, SUP, Waterskiing, Fitness & Yoga and Windsurfing is looking for Interns.

Enthusiastic, fit and spirited persons of any gender between the ages of 18-30 either adept at swimming or willing to learn swimming will be considered based on fitness levels.

Experience in any of the aforementioned sports will be an advantage though not necessary.

Interns will be trained on the above sports apart from learning to man a speedboat, Life Saving and on shore activity.

Interns will be expected to help the Centre Manager mange the centre and increase the footfall.

Timings will be weekend centric and based on availability of the intern and payments after the training period will be commensurate with involvement and capability.

Interns will graduate to either Instructors or Management Trainees based on capability and availability and could morph into a full fledged job at the Waterschool.

Candidates with a good working knowledge of English, a flair for Sports & Fitness , Willingness to learn , visible cheerfulness, initiative and leadership and team players will have an advantage.
