She doesn't know about strength training, having over weight body and not yet experience of strength training, she has been told by others strength training develop muscles size make her "bulk up". She think that strength training only for increasing muscles size because of that she don’t want to do strength training because of this she get misconception on strength training. She was over weight so she want to weight loose to be fit so I design exercise for her it will be include strength training which helps to her. Strength training will not make her big and heavy it’s not exercise for gain muscles size it only for to build strength on her body to help to do other exercise. I will go for girth measurement ,skin fold for to give her feedback after 3 months about exercise it also helps to change exercise programs which is better for her.
strength training is improving the strength of the body it does not make bulky. strength training has tempo and range of motion It isn't going to get you in shape, make you toned, lose fat, or lose weight.heavy is relative and everyone is at a different stage in their strength development.
