Yoga Tip to Improve Balance:
👉 Focus your gaze (Drishti) on a fixed point.

When practicing balancing poses like Tree Pose (Vrikshasana) or Warrior III (Virabhadrasana III), choose a point in front of you at eye level and keep your eyes gently fixed there. This steady gaze helps stabilize the mind and body, reducing wobbling and enhancing focus.

19 years ago this day I started my yoga journey as a freelance teacher. With years, I got to study under some great gurus who refined me with their immense knowledge, I met people who helped me grow personally and professionally.
