During the 2025 IPL season, I had the privilege of meeting the legendary Lasith Malinga — a true icon of world cricket.
What made that moment even more special was the opportunity to receive direct guidance from him. He carefully corrected my bowling action and shared technical insights that completely transformed my approach. The bowling action I use today is fully inspired by him. I consciously modeled my action based on his advice and his unique style.
There is simply no one who understands this action better than he does. His knowledge of fast bowling, experience at the highest level, and ability to mentor young players prove why he is one of the finest minds in cricket.
I am deeply thankful for the time, advice, and encouragement he gave me. Learning from the best has been a true blessing, and I will continue to work hard to honor his guidance.
