चोरी के मोबाइल बरामद
आरोप-पत्र दाखिल: 04.10.2024
आरोप तय: 11.03.2025
उसी दिन आरोपी ने अपराध स्वीकार किया।
धारा 305 BNS के तहत दोषसिद्ध, 7 माह 3 दिन के कारावास की सजा (अभिरक्षा अवधि के समायोजन सहित) तथा ₹500 जुर्माना।
यह मामला त्वरित जांच, शीघ्र न्यायिक प्रक्रिया एवं प्रभावी न्याय का उत्कृष्ट उदाहरण है।
