​What a sensational day of cricket for BDK SportsFoundation (A) U-16! Our batters put on a masterclass to post a massive 448/1 in 44 overs, followed by a lethal bowling spell that completely bundled out the opposition!

​ BATTING FIREWORKS:

​ABUREHAN PATRI: Led the charge with a magnificent, unbeaten 170 runs off 122 balls (featuring 23 boundaries)!

​AARUSH P PUTHRAN: Continued his incredible run of form with back-to-back hundreds, scoring a brilliant 133 off 100 balls (with 21 boundaries). Their mammoth opening partnership set the tone for the innings!

​RUHAAN SHAIKH: Played an explosive, blitzing knock of 98 not out off just 48 balls, narrowly missing a century but smashing 13 fours and 3 sixes at a blistering strike rate!

​BOWLING BRILLIANCE:

​ABDULLAH CHOUDHARI: Spearheaded the attack with a phenomenal spell, picking up 6 wickets for just 17 runs in his 6 overs!

​What a sensational turnaround by BDK SPORTS FOUNDATION (C) U-16!

After a disciplined bowling spell from TANAJI SPORTS CLUB (A) U-16 restricted our batting lineup to 97 runs all out, our bowlers showed exceptional grit to turn the game completely on its head.

​The defense got off to a dream start as Pacers SAMPAT PAWAR Pawar and NAMAN THIMMAPURAM ripped through the top order with searing early spells, sending the key batters back to the pavilion in quick succession! Continuing the onslaught, leggie KIRAN HIPPARAGI with a devastating spell completely dismantled Tanaji Sports Club (A) U-16, bundling them out for a paltry 30 runs!

Posting a massive total of 362/4 in 50 overs (RR: 7.24), followed by a clinical bowling performance to seal a commanding victory in their 1st match of the KSCA Dharwad Zone INTER-CLUB U-16 tournament 2026-27

​ BATTING HIGHLIGHTS

​AARUSH PUTHRAN played a classy knock, anchoring the innings masterfully with a magnificent 124 runs off 127 balls (18 fours).

​RUHAAN SHAIKH played a solid and composed captain's knock, remaining unbeaten with a crucial 64 off 47 balls* (8 fours).

​RONAK PAWAR unleashed a blistering innings, smashing 58 off just 30 balls (6 fours, 3 sixes) to accelerate the total.

​ABUREHAN PATRI contributed a brisk and valuable 44 off 30 balls (8 fours).

​SAMANYU HIREMATH laid a strong foundation with a patient and gritty 36 off 66 balls (4 fours).
