Body Tone Fitness Hub is looking for a trainer with charismatic personality having complete knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
A perfect trainer is one who has the ability to motivate others,
an interest in nutrition and believes in healthy lifestyle,
and has a flawless communicating skill and most importantly regularity, since so many trainees would be depending on him/ her.

One most important factor which I would need before appointing a person for the given post is " he should be a resident of Howrah". Since my gym is in Howrah, so for the convenience of both the gym as well as the trainer, it is mandatory that the given condition is fulfilled.

GUIDELINES TO BE FOLLOWED WHEN THE GYM RE-OPENS AFTER LOCKDOWN (6th August 2020) :-

👉 If lockdown is further extended, or if due to any reason if a member is not able to come to the gym for 15 days or maybe a month, then gym is not liable to incur the loss. In such cases members will have to make complete payment as per their packages to avail gym services.
👉 Members will be allowed to come shift wise, 10 at a time for a period of 1 hour. Time slot will be allotted on the very first day when the gym opens after lockdown on the basis of first come first serve.
👉 Entry will be strictly prohibited if one doesn't come in mask & gloves with personal sanitizer for frequent hand sanitization.
👉 Get your temperature measured immediately after entering the gym.
👉 Workout will be strictly prohibited if one doesn't carry a towel for oneself.
👉 Carrying personal water bottle is mandatory. Sharing of bottles is strictly prohibited.
👉 No air-conditioner will be turned on as per the safety rule.
👉 Workout permissible only after wearing of full t-shirts.
👉 Steam & massage will be completely off till our city is 100% covid free.
👉 Gym would remain closed on Sundays.

It's a pride for WE, the members of BODY TONE FITNESS HUB that we are here celetrating the victory of Mr. Dipesh Jogi in Body building competition and Mr. Abhijeet Jaiswal in men's physique competition that was held on the 2nd of February 2020.

This post is to commemorate the significant contribution by Nil Joy aka Sujoyda who dones the role of a trainer, guide, motivator and more of a friend.
In this span of approximately 3 months of journey he was the lighthouse that guided me in every respect. On this very special day (Teachers Day) I would like to thank him for all his efforts and believing in me.
The pictures will endorse a better reply to the above statements. His encouragement, mode of training, swapping of exercise and arousing the zeal makes him one of the best trainer one can come across.
Thanks for the happening journey till date!! A day to honor the gem of our gym!
