At the 44th Chess Olympiad in Chennai, Harika didn’t just take part — she became a force of inspiration. With the weight of motherhood and the pride of the nation on her shoulders, she helped India secure its first-ever women’s team medal at a Chess Olympiad. 🏅🇮🇳

After this historic feat, Harika poured her heart out on social media:
“It’s been 18 years since I debuted for the Indian women’s team at the age of 13. After nine Olympiads, I always dreamt of standing on the podium with my team — and finally, we made it happen!”
