✅ Remember
*" Kullu Arzin Masjidun "*
🔴 *Stay at Home* : _*Save Lives.*_
🟣 *Give Charity* : _*Protect Lives.*_
🟢 *Pray at Home* : _*Guide Ummah.*_
🟡 *Maintain Social Distancing* : _*No To Iftaar Gatherings Even At Homes.*_
👌🏻 Remember Roza is for Taqwa, Do not make it as a food making month, specially in this Lockdown Period.
✅ _Follow these guidelines as much as possible_©️
*⬜ Before Sahar ⬜*
> Don't be Lazy.
> Don't be Last Minute Eater.
> Get up 30 to 40 minutes well before Sahar Ending time.
> Finish off ur morning Necessities.
> Brush Teeth, (have to mention cos off late I came to know many don't do but do it later in morning, not a good or healthy practice).
> Do Miswak.
> Wash Hands n face with Soap (keep u fresh).
> Do Wazu.
> Be Fresh and Energetic, Apply Attar.
> Be Positive, Make up ur Mind.
> If possible 2 Rakt Nafil or Recite Quran.
*🟧 Sahar 🟧*
_**Follow All Eating & Drinking Sunnahs._
> Finish off Sahar at least 15 to 20 minutes before Ending Time (not to be counted from Azan Time).
> Drink 200ml to 400ml of water 30 min before starting Sahar food. (after becoming fresh).
> Follow Sunnah, drink water 2 times while eating food. (in between).
> Don't fill up stomach or Over eat, as per Sunnah eat Half Stomach.
> Just drink a Sip of Water after Sahar Food, then drink 200 to 300ml after 15 minutes.
> Never Lie Down in bed after Sahar Food.
*🟨 After Fajr to Asar 🟨*
> After Fajr Namaz can Sleep.
> Can take Bath as per Sharia. (upto what time etc).
> Habit of Walking, Yes you can except Diabetics or do it after Iftaar. (as lockdown do it at home).
> Don't over Sleep, 4 hours after Fajr is Enough.
> Do all Regular Activities to keep urself healthy and fit.
> Maximise Ibadaats.
> Afternoon too 1 hour sleep is OK, more u sleep, more u ll be tired.
*🟩 After Asar 🟩*
> Never Sleep in this period.
> Never ever take bath in this time. [not permitted too].
> Females don't waste too much time in kitchen / Males be a helping hand to them.
*🟦 Iftaar 🟦*
> Again make up yourself well before, may be 15 min.
> Do Zikr.
> Do Combined dua with all family members, specially children.
> Start with Dates 1 to 3 enough.
> Drink Normal Water, 200 to 400ml.
> Ice Cold Water Immediately after breaking fast ll definitely do Harm.
> Similarly High Sugar content juices too will Harm.
> Then eat whatever wet Fruits available, specially Citrus family fruits and fruits which are rich in Water content.
Enough...
> Finish off Maghrib Namaaz, Farz, Sunnat, Nafil and Duas etc.
>> Then back to eat remaining Foods.
> Here also don't fill stomach, Don't Over Eat.
> Mind that Magrib time has very narrow window, so don't go on eating everything before Namaz time gets over.
> Also note that too much eating before Namaz will result in, Burps, releasing of gas etc which ll hinder ur Ibaadat.
*🟪 After Magrib 🟪*
> Here you can take some rest like Qailoola but not more than 15 minutes.
> Its better to walk 30 to 40 min after taking Iftaar foods.
*🟫 Isha 🟫*
> Iftaar food is more than enough, so don't again eat something called Routine Dinner.
> Prayers will be Disturbed, Laziness n Feeling Sleepy may impair ur Namaaz.
> As Bowel habits changes, it's better to go to Restroom before Isha Namaaz and give it a try, so that Namaaz will be Peaceful.
*🟥 After Isha 🟥*
> If feel like Hungry then only Eat, that too Very Minimal, don't eat too much cos there is too much food left over.
> If you take Dinner then don't sleep immediately, wait for 30 min then sleep, others can sleep immediately after Isha Namaaz or can do whatever Ibaadaats as they wish.
> Still it's better to sleep at least 2 hours after Isha Namaaz and getting up for Sahar.

° Egg (Make it a must)
° Rice
° Whole Grains
° High Fibre Cereals
° Meat, specially organ meat
° Fish
° Nuts
° Beans
° Lentils
° Dry Fruits

° Milk

°° Tea, better to avoid in sahar as it leads to dehydration. (10 min after Sahar)

^ Anything made of Maida

° Vegetables
° Soups (Veg / Non Veg)

° Salads but limit Salts, add Vinegar
° Barely

😭 As all of you well aware of current scenario as world came to stand still.

☢️ Many in Quarantine,
🏚️ All Others locked in Homes,
💰 Many lost Jobs n Earnings.

*" For those who give in Charity, men and women, and loan to Allah a Beautiful Loan, it shall be increased manifold (to their credit), and they shall have (besides) a liberal reward ". (57:18).*
*" (O Prophet!) Tell those of My servants who believe that they should establish Prayer and spend out of what We have provided them with, both secretly and openly, before there arrives the Day when there will be no bargaining, nor any mutual befriending ". (14:31).*
*" Establish Prayer and dispense the Purifying Alms (Zakat) and bow in worship with those who bow ". (2:43).*

*" Cure your sickness with charity ”. Najafiat Page 117.*
*" Give charity without delay, for it stands in the way of calamity .” (Al-Tirmidhi).*
*“ The believer’s shade on the Day of Resurrection will be his charity. ” (Al-Tirmidhi).*
So,
*Donate as much as you can to poor needy helpless etc etc in whatever form like money foods essentials etc etc in this holy month.*

🕋 In each and every prayes ask for mercy from Almighty Allah, so that this evil disease will go away as early as possible, all those who are suffering from this ll get shifae kaamila, all those who are working day and night for this cause will get protection from Almighty.
