लाड़ियाका (पलवल) के गाँव की मिट्टी की ताकत। हमेशा से ही गाँव की बेटियों को लोग एक पर्दे के पीछे ही रखते आए है लेकिन इसमें कोई संदेह की बात नही है जब -जब बेटियों ने इतिहास रचा है वह बेटियां गाँव की मिट्टी में खेल कर ही आगे निकली है। लेकिन आज का समय बदल चुका है लड़को की तरह ही बेटियां आज सम्पूर्ण देश का नाम विश्व में चमका रही है। मानवीय निर्माण मंच संस्था के द्वारा ही आज ये बेटियां अपने माता- पिता का नाम अपने गाँव का नाम रोशन कर रही है। मानवीय निर्माण मंच एक ऐसी संस्था है जो मानव का निर्माण करती है साथ बच्चों को योग संस्कार से भी जोड़े रखती है।
